Objectives of the Youth exchange

 

- To increase the employability of 50 young people from 5 european countries by combining traditional methods with modern methods of looking for a job (min 8 methods).

-  To increase the interest of applying for a job and to support the young people in order to identify the ideal compromise between personal desire and employment pressure, starting from 3 universally relevant career seletion criteria.

- To improve the application capacity for a job by improving the drafting of a cvEuropass, a letter of intent, of motivation, a personalized letter of appreciation and the simulation of the application for a job by having as volunteer guests a commission consisting of at least 5 representatives of the local employers / entrepreneurs which will analyze, select and debate.

- To support the social inclusion of 50 young people, of which 30 with fewer opportunities through the participation in all the activities of the project, in a social, intercultural and non-formal environment.

 

Participants & Arrival

• Beetwen 16 and 30 years old.

• All groups must arrive on 30.05. 2019, no later than 19.00 for check in and dinner. Departure will take place on 11.06. 2019, after breakfast. Depending on the departure airport of the participants, APDD plans to rent a bus for providing the transfer from the place of mobility to the Airport and vice versa.

• Each day of activities will not exceed 6 hours (3 hours AM, 3 hours PM ). Pause at every 90 minutes.

• JOB Quest project proposes the validation of non-formal and informal learning and the skills gained by each participant, through the European Youthpass Certificate.

Finances 

 

The youth exchange is implemented by support of the European Commission programme ERASMUS+ . Travel Expenses (according to Erasmus+ guidelines), accommodation, food and planned activities will be covered by the project budget.

e will reimburse travel costs as UP TO A MAXIMIMUN OF 275€. The receipt of all ORIGINAL tickets, bills, invoices, receipts, boarding tags/cards etc. Following the guide lines of the Erasmus + programme the travel back must be realised by the participants on direct way within maximum 2 days. In case of longer stays or indirect travelling (holiday travel etc.) there is no chance of reimbursement of travel costs. Missing tickets will not be reimbursed. Please, keep the original tickets in order to get money back.

Accommodation

 

The project will be held at Hotel Horezu. Str. Capitan Maldar, no 1 , Horezu Resort, Vâlcea County, Romania.

Hotel Horezu is classified as two star hotel. Accommodation will be provided in twin rooms with separate beds, private bathrooms, TV, internet. Other facilities: Wi-fi, parking, conference room; restaurant, laundry facilities, terrace, football and tennis courts. Within the Touristic Complex operates a restaurant, bar, sweet shop and a recreational base consisting of tennis court on clay surface and minifootball pitch covered with synthetic surface, equipped with nocturnal installation. Meals will be served at the restaurant, inside the hotel: full board (3 meals / day).
